WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that any fees I have paid for participation in this league are NOT REFUNDABLE.  I also understand that Moore Baseball is not responsible and will not refund any monies do to acts of nature, war, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Moore Baseball.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Moore Baseball video program, created events and activities, the undersigned understands, acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. Baseball is a dangerous sport and the risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.

2. I KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND INTELLIGENTLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. I, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Moore Baseball, their officers, officials, advisors, video techs, and/or employees, other participants sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

***All fees paid are non-refundable.

*Purchasing a video will not guarantee that you will receive a scholarship of any type.

*Purchasing a video will not guarantee any further or future contact from any coach, scout or other baseball personnel.

*All videos & finished products will be branded by Moore Baseball, uploaded via Youtube and clients will be sent a link to their final product video on the Moore Baseball Youtube channel.

*Video clips from games or events will be edited and produced in order of occurrence.  The best clips, files and footage will be used for final products.

*An additional price of $30 for a recruiting video file optimized for upload to your social media channel.

*$50 Travel cost will be applied for videotaping per event that takes place in the Riverside County, San Diego County, San Bernardino County, parts of Los Angeles County and other surrounding regions in Southern California outside of Orange County.

*Moore Baseball may photograph, film, videotape, record & reproduce or promote your image and use the same for any purpose without compensation.

Moore Baseball is taken out of the organizing loop, and leave all the procurement of the field/facility, equipment, personnel, entry fee for video crew if needed, etc. – to the party or organization interested in the videos.  If you have a particular coach you work with, have him or her there. You will need a coach type person to hit balls to the players, throw batting practice and may need a catcher should anyone want to pitch. If you need to turn double plays etc., you will need those fielders in position.
